Welcome to We Challenge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wechallengeapp.com and the We Challenge platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use We Challenge or participate in any challenge on the platform. By creating an account or signing up for beta access, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

We Challenge is currently available to residents of the United States. Participation may be restricted in certain jurisdictions depending on applicable laws. It is your responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your location.

2. Beta Program

The Service is currently offered as a beta program. During beta:

• Features, reward structures, and rules may change at any time.
• We may pause, modify, or discontinue any challenge, reward, or feature with or without notice.
• Your participation in beta does not create any contractual right to continued access or specific rewards.
• We appreciate your feedback — it directly shapes the final product.

3. Challenge Entry and Commitment

Some challenges on We Challenge may require an entry commitment ("stake") as a mechanism for accountability. By entering a staked challenge, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your stake represents a voluntary commitment to complete the challenge.
• We Challenge is a skill-based and effort-based platform, not a game of chance.
• Completion requirements and stake terms will be clearly disclosed before you enter any challenge.
• Stakes and reward structures may vary by challenge and are subject to change during beta.

4. Rewards

Rewards are offered to eligible participants who successfully complete challenge requirements as verified by We Challenge. Rewards are subject to the following conditions:

• We reserve the right to verify challenge completion through any reasonable means before issuing a reward.
• Rewards have no guaranteed cash value unless explicitly stated for a specific challenge.
• We reserve the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value.
• Taxes on rewards, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected reward delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

5. User Conduct

By using We Challenge, you agree not to:

• Cheat, falsify progress data, or manipulate challenge results in any way.
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other participants.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.

We reserve the right to disqualify, suspend, or permanently ban any user who violates these conduct standards, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

6. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@wechallengeapp.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on We Challenge — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, graphics, text, and challenge structures — is the property of We Challenge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We Challenge and its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Challenge and its team members from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
